Refund Policy

At The Olive Branch Studio, we take immense pride in the quality of our products. However, if you find that your order isn’t quite what you expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us here. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains faulty items, please email us at hello@theolivebranchstudio.com.au with a couple of photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer you a replacement, a full refund, or a gift voucher that you can use either online or in-store.

Change of Mind  

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. While we don’t offer exchanges, we’re happy to process a refund for change of mind within 7 days of you receiving your items, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 

Please note 

- You’ll need to cover the return postage costs to Kedron, North Brisbane, including tracking.  

- Ensure the items are securely packed to prevent breakages—ideally in the same way they were sent to you.  

- We will only process your refund once we’ve received the items back in their original condition. Items must be posted back to us within 7 days of receipt, and tracking information should be emailed to us.

- Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, minus any original shipping charges.
