Otis the Cat is made with the softest wool blend fabric, and he looks especially dapper in his shirt with spotty cravat and pocket square.

and the little dog laughed was launched in 2008 by Australian designer, Kylie Platt. With a passion for fabrics and design, Kylie designs timeless pieces that evoke a sense of nostalgia.  The name of the label and the little dog laughed comes from one of Kylie's nursery rhymes Hey Diddle Diddle.
